About Us

I'm excited to introduce the ThriveEd – Early Career Teacher Program, a comprehensive initiative designed to help districts retain and support teachers in their first 0–3 years teaching or first 0-3 years teaching within your school organization.

We also work with Special Education Teachers.

ThriveEd combines mentorship, classroom monitoring, school culture building, planning-period support, and 24/7 text-based guidance to ensure early-career teachers are, connected, and equipped for long-term success. By providing consistent, proactive support, districts, and schools can reduce absenteeism, strengthen instruction, and build a sustainable teaching workforce.

Program Highlights:

  • Monthly New Teacher Meetings: Facilitated sessions covering classroom management, student engagement, parent communication, Lesson Prep, and Wellness.
  • Mentorship: Experienced mentors provide bi-weekly or monthly check-ins and ongoing guidance.
  • Classroom Monitoring & Planning Support: Non-evaluative walkthroughs and targeted assistance during planning periods.
  • Text-Based Guidance: 24/7 access to mentor guidance, micro-tips, and on-demand classroom resources.
  • Retention & Absenteeism Strategy: Early intervention, workload balance support, and ongoing monitoring to keep teachers engaged and successful.
  • ThriveEd is scalable, sustainable, and results-driven, ensuring teachers in their first three years receive the guidance and connection they need to thrive. Districts adopting ThriveEd can expect improved retention, reduced absenteeism, stronger instructional outcomes, and a positive reputation for supporting early-career educators.

I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how ThriveEd can support your new teachers and help achieve your district’s goals for retention and instructional excellence.
